The law office of ERNST & ASSOCIATES is dedicated to providing personal service to clients who might otherwise become “just another file” to larger law firms. To the extent possible, most telephone calls are returned the same day, or at least within one business day. The attorney makes all decisions concerning the client’s case, in consultation with the client, and matters are not simply “handed-off” to non-attorney staff for oversight.

Free consultations are Initial Consultation. Other matters may involve a nominal consultation fee, which can be waived and/or applied to services at the attorney’s discretion. Please contact the office for additional information.
